These terms apply to the Movra rider app, driver app and website. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Movra is a technology platform that connects people who need rides or deliveries with independent drivers and couriers. Fares are shown before you book and include applicable fees.
2. Your account
You need a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Keep your login safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Payments
You can pay by cash, Movra Wallet, bKash or card. Cancelling after a driver has been on the way for more than two minutes may incur a cancellation fee, shown before you confirm.
4. Parcels
Do not send illegal, dangerous or perishable-without-notice items. Declared item value above ৳20,000 needs to be discussed with support first.
5. Conduct
Treat drivers, couriers and riders with respect. Accounts involved in harassment, fraud or violence are removed.
